At Hank’s Live Bait & Tackle, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take pride in providing quality fishing gear, tackle, and accessories to help you make the most of your time on the water. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
Defective or damaged upon arrival
or In the original packaging (if applicable).
Certain items are non-returnable, including: Gift cards, Personalized or custom-engraved gearLive bait and any live or perishable items
To start a return, please contact us at info@fishhanks.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We’ll provide return instructions and, if approved, a return shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
